Exchanges:

• There is no direct way to exchange an item on WiLLSPER.
• To exchange an item, please request a return on the item you want to exchange and order it again whether it was for a different size, color, style, or a combination of those.

Returns:

• We have made it extremely easy to request a return by accessing your account on https://myaccount.willsper.com and self-requesting a return.
• Return window is 7-days from the day of delivery of your order.
• Returned items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• Returns are 100% free and you will not be charged if you used any digital payment to process your order
• Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds

Refunds:

• Once your order has been returned and your return has been accepted and confirmed, your total refund amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
• Items purchased through gift-vouchers or gift-cards will be refunded as store credit
